We hope that you are satisfied with your product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return your item, please email customer service at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Once you have received your Return Label, place the item in its original or adequately replaced packaging, and mail your package with the purchase order to the following address:

Before you request a return, please make sure you read & understand the following information:
- Once you request a return, we will send you a return label and you should return your products using that return label.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, which means return shipping fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- If you want to use your own personal carrier, please contact us first via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we strongly suggest that you use a trackable method.
- Also, all items must be returned to the aforementioned address within 14 days from the day you received them.
- If the item(s), requested for a return, is not returned to the above address within 14 days, we won’t issue a refund.
*Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all shipping information prior to finalizing your purchase for a return label, as we cannot be responsible for items incorrectly shipped or selected.
After receiving the product, inspecting its condition, and deeming it unused, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds can take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
For any defective or damaged item you wish to receive a product replacement for, please email email@example.com.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item being mis-listed, Athlete CRUSH, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Athlete CRUSH, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Athlete CRUSH, Inc. shall issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

How much does shipping cost?
Athlete Crush orders are calculated by weight and location (General shipping cost is $9.87).
You can use the shipping calculator in your "Cart" to see the shipping cost of your order.
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 6-10 days to arrive.
Are all items returnable or refundable?
We always want our customers to satisfied with our products - all items are returnable/refundable except for all accessories. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information ☝️ prior to finalizing your purchase! If there is any further question, please contact us at email@example.com. Will the item I'm interested in be re-stocked?
Unfortunately, our lines are limited edition and only a 11-13 of each product will be made. If something is out of stock, it most likely means it has sold out.
However, an exception is always there, which means that occasionally, some products would be re-stocked, so please don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter to get our exclusive announcement & promotion!
